032. 🧫 JUST LIKE THE RED BLOOD CELLS🩸- we shrink but we also expand in life

🎬 today we will talk about how small we can get when we go through difficult times ✨💙 I was talking to a client, a doctor, and he started comparing us to some cells from the body. She started talking about the red blood cells and how big and round they are when they are going through the big roads, the big arteries. But hey also get very small and shrink when they have to go through small veins, when they go to the tip of your toes. They don’t die. They have to be alive. They go through a lot of difficulties but don’t die. The same with us.

I was talking to a client, a doctor, and he started comparing us to some cells from the body. We go through difficult times: depression, aguish, sadness, problems with our health, job loss, betrayal, all of this can happen with us! Like the red blood cell, we get a little dented up to the moment to go into the big and large road again; And then again, we enter in a state of fullness, abundance, a state in which we are the best we can be.

That’s resilience. The capacity of going through difficult time, resist and bloom again whenever we are ready to. Not wanting to die, or kill someone. But having the knowledge of impermanence, that nothing is settled and permanent. Everything is changing.

20 - THIS PATH CAN LEAD YOU TO SEE THE WORLD MUCH MORE CLEARLY

Acknowledging the feeling and understanding the present can help you. If you’re feeling down like everything inside is shrinking, not only your red blood cells but, the entire body, it is time for you to meditate on what’s happening inside of you. I’ll tell you what helps me the most, it may be useful for you:

I start with a clear mind; Nothing is on my mind, only the acknowledgement of my breath and the birds singing outside. And just like the rain that comes out of nowhere (expected because the clouds were grey) your thoughts (also expected) start popping up. And those thoughts come for you to be able to look at them and try to recognise your feelings. Accept them. Don’t fight them, don’t let them make you even more depressed, just accept them and let them go.

9 - CHOOSE NOT TO BE GUIDED BY THOUGHTS THAT ARE NOT HELPFUL

Choose not to be guided by thoughts that aren’t helpful, and just like big round red blood cells that run through big arteries, you’ll be running happily again on a big field on a sunny day. It will all be okay.
