this is where the whole story was born. literally.

at that point, very small interactions could become enormous in my head. a look, a word, a gesture.... everything felt like a flash, like maybe there was something there that i just had to understand.

"nació" is about that very first stage of falling for someone, when hope arrives way before logic does. i wanted to understand him, comfort him, make myself useful and somehow get closer to whatever was hiding behind his eyes.

looking back, it feels innocent and a little obsessive lol. but that is exactly why it had to be chapter one. before all the fantasy, confusion and disappointment that came later.... something first had to be born.

1. nació

in a birth we all
get disturbed
stop judging
we're on the same pain
put my light on your mind (see me sad)
i could rub your feet
makim understand
could give a hand
though i couldn't take your pain (pen)

ralla

in the beginning we hope
we change ourselves with a dope
each new word was a flash
that you learned made a crash
in my heart
your eyelid, the hole to your key.

you'd dry my tears (see me sad)
when dramatize wouldn't be needed
makim understand
swag string, unfair
hoods on, sweet

trouble fitting in

I had the lowest expectations
and I’m still disappointed
